This is a static publication website. It does not require reader accounts and does not operate a submission database.

The site package contains no advertising trackers or behavioural analytics by default. Standard technical request logs may be retained by the hosting and domain providers under their own policies. Email sent to the journal is handled through University of Toronto systems.
